01. I haven’t received a confirmation email on my order?
If payment has been taken from your account, your order has been accepted. Check your spam folder for a confirmation email, and if you still cannot find it, contact our customer support via email@example.com.
02. Is international shipping free?
Yes, worldwide shipping with UPS/FedEx is free for all orders from www.verkwatches.com.
03. How long does it take to receive my order?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within one working day of verification. Our couriers (UPS/FedEx) pledge worldwide delivery within 5 working days but that could vary depending on whether or not you live in the EU, as well as public holidays. In areas where our couriers do not deliver we reserve the right to use alternative shipping methods.
Please note that orders of straps or mesh bands are sent using a different shipping service that does not offer tracking, and has an estimated delivery time of 5-14 working days.

04. Will I have to pay any additional fees for the arrival of my order?
You will not receive any additional fees or taxes on orders shipped to these countries:
European Union, United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Canada, Singapore, South Korea, Australia, Switzerland
If you live outside of these countries, duties and/or tax import fees are not included and may apply. We are unable to provide information about how much these fees may be, so we recommend you check your regional customs policies. Returns made due to unexpected VAT, duties and/or other import fees will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
05. How do I track my order?
When your order has been verified, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your shipment has been processed, you will receive a second email with your tracking information, allowing you to follow your package online. We send international orders with UPS/FedEx, and domestic orders with DHL.
Please note that orders of straps and mesh bands are sent using a different shipping service that does not offer tracking, and has an estimated delivery time of 5-14 working days.

06. Are you able to deliver my order to a non-residential address?
Yes, provided UPS/FedEx can access it. This includes temporary residences such as hotels. If you would like to receive your package at a special location, including military bases, either leave a note in the order form or send us a message with your request via firstname.lastname@example.org.
07. Do you ship to my country?
Probably - yes. If you are unsure, send us a message via email@example.com with your full address to check availability.
08. Can I change my order after it is completed?
Yes, usually within 24 hours. Send us a message via firstname.lastname@example.org.
09. How do I return a product?
It is very easy, just send us a message via email@example.com and we will help you out. You are eligible for a full refund if your product is unused and returned within 30 days in its original packaging, with all of its tags and paperwork. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer, and you may ship with the carrier of your choice to our warehouse in Sweden.
10. How long will it take to get my money back after a return?
Usually within 5-7 working days.
11. My packaging or product is defective, what should I do?
Your satisfaction is very important to us, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and include a picture or two of the defect. Please do not return your product without first consulting our customer care.
12. Can I change my product for another?
Yes, within 2 weeks of purchase, as long as the product is in unused and in pristine condition. Just send us a message with your request via email@example.com. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer, and you may ship with the carrier of your choice to our warehouse in Sweden.
13. Can you service or repair my watch?
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and include a picture or two of the problem. It takes an average of 6-7 weeks to complete this type of service, including shipping.
14. How do I change my watch strap?
All of our leather watches come with a quick-release bar system, which means you can easily change the straps, with no tools required. All mesh watches/bands come with a removal tool included.
15. How do I clean my leather strap?
We recommend that you use products specifically created for cleaning leather. Soap and water will discolor and desiccate leather straps.
16. What methods of payment do you offer?
We currently accept payment via Stripe or PayPal for international orders. These services accept most debit and credit cards.
17. Can I expect the color of my product to look the same in reality as in the pictures?
Yes. It is worth noting, however, that different computer and phone screens display colors differently. Our pictures have been optimized for viewing on the most common devices.
18. Are your watches waterproof?
Yes, our watches are waterproof up to 3 ATM. However, to avoid damaging your leather strap we suggest you remove your watch before coming in contact with water.
