VERK Watches never stores or transfers any credit card information. We use external payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal) for all e-commerce. Both service providers meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS, and PCI-secured payments.

VAT is included for orders within the EU. VAT, import fees, and customs are not included for orders outside the EU.


Your order will be processed and dispatched within one working day. Our couriers (UPS/FedEx) pledge worldwide delivery within 2-3 working days but that could vary depending on whether or not you live in the EU, as well as public holidays. In areas where our couriers do not deliver we reserve the right to use alternative shipment methods, or cancel the order.


Please note that orders containing only leather straps and/or mesh bands are sent using a different shipping service that does not offer tracking, and has an estimated delivery time of 5-15 working days.

If your product arrives damaged, you should contact us, as well as the delivery company, within 7 days of receiving it. You will be asked to provide us with information about the damaged product, as well as the case number on the delivery company’s claim form. Upon receiving this information, we will replace your product at no extra cost/minus shipping fees.


In the event of an order being lost in transit, it is the responsibility of the courier to account for it. No action can be taken until the courier can verify the status of the package. Please note that shipments containing watches are insured and will be replaced if deemed missing.


VERK Watches products are covered by warranty for 5 years from the date of purchase, with the exception of leather straps or mesh bands, which are covered for one year from the date of purchase, and only if they become discolored.


Please note that the warranty does not cover batteries, nor does it cover any damage incurred from accidents or misuse of the product.


All products purchased from the online store can be returned for a full refund or exchanged for store credit within 30 days of delivery.


The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer, and you may ship with the carrier of your choice to our warehouse in Sweden. Please contact Customer Support on hello@verkstore.com to schedule the return. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
